Tom Barratt was Whistler's original Parks Planner putting in place the Parks and Valley Trail multi-use trail system linking the community and providing the vision for a continuing successful resort recreation system.

Tom Barratt recently designed the upgrade to the connecting trail between Whistler Village and Blackcomb base.
