2010 Olympic Games, Whistler Olympic Park - Graphics & Mapping

Description

Tom Barratt Ltd. maintained a digital database in planning for the 2010 Winter Games.

This enabled graphic and mapping services for the 2010 Olympic Games for course maps and stadium layouts: Cross Country, Biathlon, IPC Biathlon, Nordic Combined Skiing and Para Nordic skiing.

"The layout and readability of the drawings is great. They are the most useful stadium working drawings I have ever seen." (Chief of Stadium)

"I showed the biathlon course maps to our colleagues in Brand and Creative Services just now and they loved the physical mock-up!! Points for Sport." (VANOC)

Brochures and wayfinding maps for the Whistler Olympic Park venue operation were also provided.

The maps and database will be used for future local, provincial, national and world cup events.
